President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Global Star Management Solutions (GSMS) is led by Kevin E. Bonner, a retired United States Air Force (USAF) senior non-commissioned officer. From his 21+ year military career and years of service as a federal government contractor, Kevin possesses his general contractor (GC) license with 30 years of government experience in leadership, management, logistics, and project/construction management. His business insight contributes to his resiliency and optimism necessary to offer unwavering solutions in support of any organization's mission and goals. He is transparent and always has the customer's best interest at the forefront. His many accolades throughout his military career include recognition for procuring over $3.5B of Special Operations assets that resulted in continuous mission success. During his civilian career, he provided extensive management consulting and project/construction management execution for the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) by leading the Post Acquisition Improvement Program (PAIP), which is one of the largest Military Construction (MILCON) programs in the Department of Defense's (DOD's) history. His leadership, budget management, and daily oversight of multi-phased design-build renovations for 3,747 Military Family Housing (MFH) units and infrastructure phases representing over $678M across military installation geographies located in Okinawa, Japan.
More importantly, Kevin has a passion to serve which is why he joined and made a career in the USAF. After retiring from the military, he still had a burning desire to serve so he continued his service as a government contractor and that opened his eyes to an opportunity to help others serve too, ultimately leading to the creation of this phenomenal company.
